Leonard Tintner
LEONARD TINTNER was born in Wilkes Barre, PA in 1930, graduated from Dickinson College and served in the U.S. Air Force before attending Dickinson College and was admitted to the PA Bar in 1960. As part of his practice, he served as Dauphin County's Labor Solicitor for more than 35 years and participated in hundreds of collective bargaining and public contract negotiations. He is conversant with corporate organizations from formation to dissolution, finance and business agreements, and all labor matters. Practice areas include: labor relations, real estate, probate, trusts and estates, and family law.
