JEFFREY R. BOSWELL was born in Harrisburg, PA in 1951, graduated from Duke University and attended Dickinson School of Law before being admitted to the PA Bar in 1977. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Boswell has been very involved with the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas as a Chair or Member of the Board of Arbitration, Private Industry Council and the Work Force Investment Board.
